Shipping

• Processing time: varies between one to two weeks.
• All furniture is made by hand in our shop located in Savage Minnesota.
• We ship only to the lower 48 states of the USA.

Returns/order cancellation

• We gladly accept returns, and cancellations. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
• Returns must be shipped back within 30 days.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Refunds are processed immediately upon return (funds will be returned to you original payment method within 14 days).
• We understand things happen and will cancel an order within five days of order placement. Please understand that an order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped.
